Refund Policy


We typically do not offer full refunds given the nature of our donations. You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order and receive a partial refund. Please note that we only accept returns for items that are in their original, unworn and/or undamaged condition. Any items returned in defective conditions will be ineligible for a return or exchange. To request a return/exchange, please email us or fill out this contact form. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return your purchase. 

All 1-of-1 exclusives, made-to-order, and handmade items are final sale and ineligible for refunds, returns, and exchanges. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items are exchangeable for another item of equal or lesser value (excluding the donated amount) or for a partial refund.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers, but please reach out if any issues arise and we’ll do our best to help you with your order!
